Delta Homes was founded by Brett Zimmerman in 2020. Brett graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and worked as an Engineer supporting major capital projects for 10 years before pursuing his passion in homebuilding.
He started Delta Homes and set out to build a company with a reputation as one of Houston's premier luxury home builders. Early on, he saw how the lack of organization and standards in the traditional homebuilding process often led to delays, added complexity, and client frustration. Determined to change that, he reimagined the process by leveraging his background in engineering project management.
The name Delta was selected to capture the Owner's background in Mechanical Engineering. In engineering and mathematics, delta represents a change in variables — the discipline of measuring, refining, and improving every input until the result meets a precise specification. Delta Homes brings engineering discipline to the design, project management, and execution of every home it delivers.
The result is an efficient execution of a high-quality product with tighter cost control, and fewer contingencies.

Daniel oversees day-to-day operations across every phase of the building process — from pre-construction planning through final walk-through. His focus on coordination, scheduling, and quality control ensures each project is delivered efficiently and in alignment with Delta Homes' standards and Client expectations.

Administrative Assistant
Diego plays a key role in maintaining the operational efficiency of Delta Homes by coordinating contracts, tracking project performance, and facilitating communication across teams and trade partners. His organizational approach helps ensure projects progress smoothly from start to finish.

Workmanship & Materials
Workmanship and materials are covered during the first year of ownership. This coverage helps ensure that items such as finishes, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and other construction components perform as intended.
2 Years
Systems
Major mechanical systems are protected for two years, including the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related distribution systems throughout the home. This coverage provides added confidence that the critical systems behind the walls are built to last.
6 Years
Structural
Your home is backed by six years of coverage against structural components such as major load-bearing elements. This long-term protection reflects our commitment to building homes with exceptional quality, durability, and engineering integrity.
Comprehensive Warranty Protection
Our comprehensive 1, 2, and 6-year warranty program is designed to provide homeowners with long-term confidence and peace of mind. Coverage includes one year of workmanship and materials, two years on the delivery systems within the home — including electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, and mechanical distribution components such as wiring, piping, and ductwork — and six years of protection against major structural defects.
While our goal is to deliver a home built to the highest standards, this coverage provides valuable financial protection and reassurance should an unexpected construction or structural concern arise in the future.
