The exterior palette was intentionally curated to emphasize simplicity and authenticity, featuring real thermo ash wood siding, and a balanced composition that delivers a distinctive street presence.

Inside, each residence was designed with the same level of care and intention as a fully custom home. Open-concept living spaces are paired with carefully selected finishes, premium appliances, custom millwork, and sophisticated material palettes that prioritize both beauty and performance.
